Improving the mold life and product quality of tooth profiles and spline gear forging with a 'lock approach'!

This product improves mold life and stabilizes product quality by using our unique "Lock Approach" for the molding inlet section (approach) of tooth profiles and spline gear molding dies. The Lock Approach is a unique approach shape developed by our company using a shape calculation method. It stabilizes the shape of the workpiece inlet section in forging gear molding, improving mold life by achieving low load and low stress during molding.
